A Day in Bath

Bath is a beautiful town in the South-West of the UK known for it’s honey-coloured stone buildings and gorgeous Georgian architecture. I went to visit for the weekend to drink as much coffee as possible and to explore some cool spots I’d been wanting to check out for a while.

No.15 Great Pulteney Hotel

This luxury hotel is set in the centre of Bath and has the most amazing décor. It’s super fun and quirky with vivacious artwork and tabletops. Even if you’re just going to Bath on a day trip, I really recommend popping in for a relaxing cup of coffee and a quick read of one of their coffee table books.

Thai Balcony, Lunch (thaibalcony.co.uk)

I love Thai food and this delicious restaurant has a beautiful balcony overlooking the square; you can relax and people watch whilst eating yummy Thai cuisine. All of the waiters and waitresses wear gorgeous traditional Thai garments and it’s very reasonably priced.

Bath is a beautiful town with so much to do and see; I also love browsing the Bath Aqua Glass shop and of course if you’re up for a full tourist experience you can go to the Roman Baths and the Thermae Spa. Have you ever been to Bath? Does this post inspire you to go?! Tell me in the comments below.
